From July of 2015,we done many Turn-Key Service for Electronic Female Sex Toys projects.

I did a briefly summarize.

All of these electronic female sex toy projects have very high requirements:

  • Printed Circuit Boards must be Lead-Free,and need to meet the ROHS or UL requirements. The thickness of the board can,t have any tolerance,or it can,t suit the shell.
  • All electronic components must be the environment one and the famous brand one,because usually these female sex toys’warranty are 2 years.
  • SMT,DIP process and Sold job must Lead-Free,it require no any harm for the healthy absolutely.
  • The Motors must be the small size,but with the high rates for the vibrations as much as possible.
  • The battery,must be the small size,but with the high capacity as much as possible. The +,- of the battery lines also must be Lead-Free when solder connect to the PCB Board. The warranty of the Battery require 2 years.
  • The shell which cased the PCBA must be made by the Medical silicone.
  • It control by the blue tooth,so the project owner still need to develop a APP,only the smart phone can turn on or turn off the device.

Recently we done a new project for such a device,but this female sex toy more Humanize and more Attractive:

  • Have 10 modes of vibration,the users can change the vibration by the smart phone.
  • Connected reading,the users can enjoy an increased experience with connected erotic reading,as far as i know,other sex toy have no such a function now.
  • The most attractive factor: this female sex toy add the social function,you can know more users who have this device,and you can discuss the reviews together if you like,of course,you also can chat other things if you like,for example the life,work,even you can be the “friend”which may never meet each other.
  • You can choose to Solo pleasure or the Duo games.
  • The Owner of this project said that they would create a forum which special for the users,if any suggestion for the functions,or other good points,the users can publish in the forum,the owner would pay some money as soon as the suggestion was take by the owner. As their PCB-PCB Assembly partner,Duke Circuit Co.,Ltd would also join this forum,so that can do the better sex toys for the end users.
