Some times,you want to make some Prototype PCB,but you can,t get the gerber file for the PCB,it does,t matter,you just give us one piece of your PCB sample,we can copy it and produce the Prototype PCB for you.
If you only have one PCBA sample,but have no any other files like the gerber file,BOM list,welcome to Duke Circuit Co.,Ltd,we can provide you the PCBA Prototype and mass production.
Here i describe the steps when get such a order:
1.We need to take a picture for the PCBA sample by the Canon or Nikon SLR Camera,the picture need very clearly,and then print out this picture.
2.Do the BOM list according to the PCBA prototype,then remove all the electric elements from the PCBA,paste on the paper and marked the position,looks like the pictures,(also need to enter all this information to the computer as the excel file,we call it BOM List),then the PCBA become the bare PCB.
3.Copy the PCB,and produce the prototype PCB.
4.Purchase the electronic components according to the BOM list.
5.Do the 2 PCBA sample:the first one use the prototype PCB and the old electronic elements(which take off from the client’s PCBA sample),the second one,use the prototype PCB and the new electronic elements(which purchase according to the BOM list).
6.Send those 2 samples to the clients,after testing,and confirm,then can produce mass.
Do this project need more and more serious and very cautions
We must know that in here 100-1≠99,but 100-1=0,it means that even you only made one small mistake,then all PCBA are totally can,t work.
