This IoT PCBA Prototype is for one of our clients who cooperate with us since 2016.
We already cooperated more than 10 projects,all from Prototype to Mass Production,we always
provide the Free PCB Prototype for them when them develop new projects.
Total assembled 10 pieces PCBA Porotype for this IoT project. Will arrange mass production
after pass the test.
From PCB Produce to PCB Assembly include the component purchase,total cost 3 days finished
all job,with the DHL ship time 4 days,total 7 days,the client got the Prototype.
We know that the fast delivery time for the PCBA Prototype is very very important for
clients when they develop new product,because they need to confirm whether the function can
meet all requirements within the shortest time,if can,t meet the requirement,they need to
revise the design or change the component,untill meet all function requirements. Usually
for the simple electronic product,1 design can pass smooth. But for IoT,RFID or the project
related GPS,maybe need to provide Prototype at least two times according to the newest
design,so we need try our best to ship out the PCBA Prototype as soon as we can,in the
Prototype process,all clients need a good supplier who can support them one by one,and
feedback to them time to time.
There is an episode when purchase the components for this IoT PCBA Prototype
When we purchase the components sample,we usually ask the supplier whether have the Enough
quantity in stock for Mass Produce.
Need 1 piece relay brand HF(a Chinese Brand) in each board,so only need 10 pieces total,but
when we ask the supplier whether have at least 1000 pcs in stock,the supplier said total
only have 164 pieces in stock,and the Manufacturer already stop produce this model,so also
can,t book it from the Manufacturer,we feedback this information to our client,and
recommend another brand instead of HF(the price is a little expensive compare with HF
relay),in the same time send the data sheet to the client for their check,after
confirmation,we decide use another brand.
