This PCBA looks easy,but have many special requirement.

The original design with 0.1mm vias,we suggest to enlarge to 0.15mm.

Material:FR4 TG=170

You can see with 3 BGA chips.

We produce the PCB,purchase the components strickly according the Bom List,then SMT and sold some components by hand.

All BGA chips need to do the X-ray,so that can confirm the BGA chips SMT well.
